¶ Internal Affairs
Internal affairs is the team that investigates and enforces alliance and corporate policies. Due to the nature of the work, cooperation is always mandted when dealing with IA, and any violations of this will result in immediate punitive measures.
Tasks conducted by IA include:
- Suppressing drama or divisive topics on all comms platforms
- Handling internal complaints
- Internal investigations
- Processing Leaves of Absense
- Recruitment review
- Officer vetting
The IA team is recruited directly from the pool of Senior Recruiters. In order to become an IA Officer, one must spend a significant amount of time in the Human Resources team and attain the position of Senior Recruiter. This process can take upwards of a year, and IA only recruits when an opening becomes available.
When approached by an IA Officer on official duties, please remain respectful and answer all questions to the best of your ability.
