¶ Internal Affairs
Internal affairs is the team that investigates and enforces alliance and corporate policies. Due to the nature of the work, cooperation is always mandated when dealing with IA, and any violations of this will result in immediate punitive measures. Do not get defensive or negative. IA Officers volunteer their time to keep members out of trouble and to keep our corporation healthy and safe.
Tasks conducted by IA include:
- Suppressing drama or divisive topics on all comms platforms
- Handling internal complaints
- Internal investigations
- Processing Leaves of Absence
- Enforcement of corporate and alliance policies
- Recruitment review and support
- Officer and “space job” vetting
The IA team is recruited directly from the pool of Senior Recruiters. In order to become an IA Officer, one must spend a significant amount of time in the Human Resources team and attain the position of Senior Recruiter. This process can take upwards of a year, and IA only recruits when an opening becomes available.
When approached by an IA Officer on official duties, please remain respectful and answer all questions to the best of your ability.

Whether coordinating background checks on new recruits, sniffing out spies in null-sec alliances, or overseeing black-ops intel networks, Alice brings a level of precision and ruthlessness that few dare challenge.

¶ Sub-Director
SteveTh3Piirate (Steve) began his ASCEE Career as a Recruiter in 2023 quickly becoming a Senior Recruiter in late 2023.
From there he applied to become an IA Officer in Early 2024.
During his time as an IA Officer he became a Moral Support Officer (First of it’s kind for ASCEE) Where he’d be at work remoted into his PC at home to help support the HR Team as well as doing his IA Duties.
In March 2025 Steve Became the IA Sub Director after Aristotle became ASOL/Moons Director, to support Alice with the daily needs of Internal Affairs.
Make no mistake, he may be a Moral Support Officer but he is still very much the whip holder for IA.
